Decoding the skill.
Carrying the wisdom.

Senior managers carry, after years of practice, a body of judgement that lives almost entirely in their heads. Skillprocess.in decodes that judgement and embeds it in AI agents that are contextual to the manager and the organisation.

The brief concept note

The skill that lives in the mind

Every senior manager has spent years sharpening a set of judgements. Some came from formal training. Most came from feedback, from setbacks, from the slow correction of fifty similar decisions. This skill is real, valuable, and almost entirely undocumented. It moves with the manager and leaves with them.

Why generic AI does not solve it

The current generation of AI is powerful but generic. It does not know your organisation, your customers, your regulator, or the specific decisions you have learned to make. Used out of the box, it produces work that is fluent and shallow. The wisdom is not in the model. It is in the manager.

The wisdom is not in the model. It is in the manager.

The Skill-Process Decoding Framework

Skillprocess.in works to one proprietary methodology: the Skill-Process Decoding Framework. SPDF surfaces the manager's tacit decision logic, structures it into machine-legible form, and produces three named artefacts.

The three artefacts

Artefact 01
Skill-Process Specification

The decoded heuristics, signals, decision logic, and edge cases.

Artefact 02
Agent-Readiness Diagnostic Score

A judgement of how convertible the skill is, and where it is not.

Artefact 03
Deployable Agent Specification

System prompt, tool layer, and review interface ready to run on Claude Agents, Hermes, or equivalent frameworks.

The Programme and the Practice

Skillprocess.in operates in two layers. The specifically designed SPDF Programme is a two half-day cohort format that takes 8–12 senior managers through the framework and produces a v1 specification for each. Advisory engagements sit behind the invitation wall: bespoke six-to-twelve week work with a single client organisation that produces production-grade artefacts and deployed agents.

The practice lead

Skillprocess.in is the management development and advisory practice of Prof. Ramesh Bhat — formerly Professor at IIM Ahmedabad and Vice Chancellor at NMIMS University. Engagement is consultative, contextual, and follows a discussion to understand the client's situation before being taken forward.
